This website presents the work and services of Rook Creations, the independent design studio of Brendan Rook. By using it you agree to these terms. The content is provided for general information and may be updated or removed at any time without notice.
Content and ownership
The text, logo, design, and images on this site belong to Rook Creations, or are shown with permission from the clients whose projects they depict. You may view and share links to the site freely. Please do not copy, republish, or use the content for your own projects or marketing without written permission.
Client projects
Nothing on this site is a quote, offer, or guarantee of results. Each project is agreed in writing beforehand, and that written agreement, not this page, sets out the scope, timeline, price, and what each side is responsible for. Completing the general questionnaire or sending an inquiry does not create a commitment on either side.
Third-party services and links
The questionnaire is hosted by Microsoft Forms, and case studies may link to client websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and Rook Creations is not responsible for their content or availability. How this site handles your information is described in the privacy note.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and available, but there is no promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Rook Creations is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
